We went to the beach on Monday, but I didn’t have my Nikon D80, only my old Toshiba. Anyway, I saw these gulls that I can’t identify. Does anyone know what they are?
Mom and Adam… 🙂
There was some fun action going on between some gulls.
Turning up my ISO… to 400. I’m not used to that camera, and it’s age. 😉
Wandering immature Laughing Gulls?

Nice pics with the Toshiba camera! I miss the beach already and the wonderful wildlife. Can not wait for your pictures from this weekend.

It’s just a juvenile seagull! Same as the others on the beach, just smaller and younger.

Wow! You have gorgeous beaches down there. I live in Canada and ours aren’t too bad, but no beautiful white sand like yours. Enjoy! 🙂

Well, Siesta Key is known for its fine white sand, while most of our other beaches are of ground up shells mainly. So we love to make the drive to it! Thanks!

They do look like juvenile laughing gulls. Here’s a link from Wiki for comparison: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Laughing_Gull_juvenile.jpg
